Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Snap Finder, a live directory operated by Logan Pendragon Forge. By accessing the site, creating an account, publishing a listing, revealing a Snapchat handle, submitting a report, or contacting us through the site, you agree to these Terms and the Community Guidelines. If you do not agree, do not use Snap Finder.

1. What Snap Finder Is

Snap Finder helps people discover user-submitted Snapchat profiles by category, interest, and optional general location. It is a directory, not a dating service, messaging service, identity-verification service, escrow service, or background-check provider. Conversations and transactions take place outside Snap Finder and are at your own risk.

2. Eligibility and Adult Areas

You must be legally able to use Snap Finder and any third-party service you connect through it. If you create an account, you represent that you meet Snapchat’s minimum age requirement and any higher minimum age required where you live. Adult Creators, After Dark, NSFW listings, and any other adult-designated areas are limited to people who are at least 18, have registered, verified their email, and completed Snap Finder’s adult-access confirmation. Do not misrepresent your age or help anyone bypass an access control.

3. Accounts and Security

• Provide accurate account information and keep your email address current.
• Use a strong, unique password and do not share access to your account.
• You are responsible for activity performed through your account until you notify us of unauthorized access.
• One person may not use multiple accounts to evade listing limits, reports, suspension, or moderation.
• We may require email reverification, restrict features, or suspend an account when necessary to protect the service.

4. Listings and Your Content

You retain ownership of content you submit. You give Snap Finder a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, resize, display, organize, and distribute that content only as needed to operate, secure, moderate, promote, and improve Snap Finder. This license ends when the content is deleted, except for reasonable backups, legal retention, and evidence needed to address abuse.

You represent that your listing is accurate, that you control or have permission to publish its handle, text, and image, and that it does not violate another person’s privacy, publicity, copyright, trademark, or other rights. Select accurate categories and tags. Adult content must be marked and placed only in adult-designated categories. A verified account may publish immediately, but publication does not mean Snap Finder has endorsed, investigated, or independently verified the listing.

5. Prohibited Conduct and Content

• Any sexualized content involving a person under 18, including grooming, exploitation, trafficking, or content framed to imply that someone is underage.
• Non-consensual intimate content, sexual coercion, blackmail, threats, stalking, harassment, hate, doxxing, or instructions that create a credible risk of harm.
• Illegal goods or services, scams, fraud, phishing, malware, account theft, impersonation, fake identification, or misleading commercial claims.
• Spam, bulk solicitation, scraping, automated account creation, artificial engagement, rate-limit evasion, security testing without written authorization, or interference with site operation.
• Publishing another person’s handle, image, personal information, or content without a lawful basis or permission.
• Using Snap Finder to violate Snapchat’s rules, applicable law, or the Community Guidelines.

6. Moderation, Reports, and Enforcement

We may review reports and account activity and may recategorize, pause, reject, suspend, remove, or preserve content; limit account features; or suspend or terminate accounts. We may act without advance notice when safety, legal compliance, evidence preservation, or service integrity requires it. Reports should be accurate and submitted in good faith. We do not promise a particular review time or outcome.

7. Third-Party Services

Snap Finder is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Snap Inc. or Snapchat. Snapchat handles, external image URLs, email services, analytics services, and other third-party links or tools are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. We do not control third-party accounts, conversations, content, purchases, or availability.

8. Intellectual Property and Complaints

The Snap Finder name, site design, software, and original site content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not copy or exploit them except as permitted by law. To report impersonation, privacy violations, or intellectual-property concerns, use the contact page and include the affected URL, the basis for your request, and information reasonably needed to evaluate it.

9. Account Closure and Service Changes

You may export account data and delete your account from account settings. Deletion removes the account and its listings from active service, subject to backups and limited retention described in the Privacy Policy. Features, categories, access rules, and availability may change, and we may suspend or discontinue some or all of the service.

10. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Snap Finder is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or suitable for a particular purpose, or that a listing or user is authentic, safe, lawful, available, or compatible with you. Use caution before sharing information, meeting anyone, sending money, or moving a conversation off-platform.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Snap Finder and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost data, lost profits, personal disputes, third-party conduct, or harm arising from off-platform interactions. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

12. Your Responsibility

You are responsible for your content, conduct, and interactions. To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend and hold the operator harmless from third-party claims arising from your content, your misuse of Snap Finder, or your violation of these Terms or another person’s rights.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as the service changes or legal and safety needs evolve. The effective date above will be changed when material revisions are published. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
