Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Snap Finder, operated as part of Logan Pendragon Forge, handles information when you browse the directory, create an account or listing, use adult-access controls, submit a report, or contact us.

1. Information We Collect

Account information

Name, email address, password hash, email-verification timestamps, account status, administrative status, creation and update timestamps, and security/session information.

Listing information

Display name, Snapchat handle, headline, bio, what you are looking for, categories, tags, optional ZIP code, optional profile image or image URL, adult-content status, publication and moderation status, and listing timestamps. Approved SFW listing previews are public. Snapchat handles require login. Adult-designated listings require the additional access steps described below.

Adult-access information

The current age gate asks for a date of birth to calculate whether you are at least 18 and asks you to confirm eligibility. Snap Finder stores the completion timestamp, the self-attestation method, and limited provider metadata. It does not intentionally store the submitted full birth date, a birth year, identity documents, or biometric information.

Safety, contact, and support information

Reports may contain a reason, optional details, the reporter’s account identifier when logged in, IP address, and timestamp. Contact submissions contain the name, email, subject, message, and delivery status needed for follow-up. Moderation actions and account restrictions may also be recorded.

Technical and usage information

We process IP address, browser and device information, requested pages, referring pages, timestamps, session identifiers, bot-check state, rate-limit information, security logs, saved-listing choices, and recently viewed listing identifiers. Google Analytics may collect usage and device information according to Google’s own privacy terms. If a listing uses an externally hosted image, the image host may receive normal request information such as your IP address.

2. How We Use Information

• Operate accounts, authentication, email verification, password recovery, exports, deletion, and saved listings.
• Publish, organize, search, and display eligible listings while enforcing handle and adult-area access controls.
• Detect spam, fraud, prohibited content, suspicious accounts, duplicate handles, security incidents, and attempts to bypass controls.
• Receive and investigate reports, enforce the Terms and Community Guidelines, and preserve evidence when reasonably necessary.
• Deliver service, verification, recovery, feedback, and support messages.
• Understand aggregate site usage, diagnose failures, improve the service, and maintain reliability.
• Comply with law, respond to valid legal requests, and protect users, the public, and the service.

3. Cookies and Similar Technologies

Snap Finder uses essential cookies or similar storage for login sessions, CSRF protection, bot checks, recent views, and preferences. Analytics scripts may use cookies or comparable identifiers to measure site activity. You may block cookies in your browser, but account and security features may stop working. Google provides its own controls for analytics and advertising settings.

4. When Information Is Shared

We do not sell personal information. Information may be disclosed to:

• Hosting, infrastructure, email, analytics, and feedback-intake providers that process data to operate the service.
• Administrators and service personnel who need access for support, security, policy enforcement, or maintenance.
• Law enforcement, regulators, courts, or other parties when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights and safety, investigate abuse, or respond to a valid legal request.
• A successor or reorganized service if Snap Finder is transferred, merged, or restructured, subject to appropriate notice and applicable law.
• Other parties when you direct us to share information or give consent.

5. Public and Restricted Visibility

Approved SFW listing previews, including display name, text, categories, tags, partial ZIP area when applicable, and profile image, may be visible without an account and may be indexed by search engines. Snapchat handles are withheld from logged-out visitors. Adult Creators, After Dark, NSFW listings, and adult-designated tags are restricted to registered users who have verified their email and completed adult-access confirmation. These controls reduce casual exposure but cannot prevent an authorized viewer from copying information.

6. Retention

Active account and listing information is kept while the account or listing remains active. Contact, report, moderation, security, and delivery records may be retained as reasonably needed to respond, prevent repeat abuse, meet legal obligations, and protect the service. Session and rate-limit data is generally short-lived. Backups may retain deleted information for a limited operational period before rotation. We may retain de-identified or aggregated information that no longer reasonably identifies you.

7. Your Choices and Rights

• Edit, pause, or delete your listings from the dashboard.
• Download the account export available in account settings.
• Delete your account using the confirmed deletion control in account settings.
• Request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or objection where applicable law provides those rights.
• Contact us about a listing that uses your identity, handle, image, or personal information without permission.

We may need to verify your identity before completing a request. Some information may be retained when required by law or reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, dispute handling, or enforcement.

8. Security

Snap Finder uses password hashing, HTTPS, session protection, CSRF protection, request throttles, bot checks, email verification, access controls, upload re-encoding, security headers, backups, and administrative moderation. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Use a unique password and report suspected account compromise promptly.

9. Children and Teens

Adult-designated areas are not for anyone under 18. Sexual content involving minors is prohibited everywhere. If you believe a minor has submitted adult content or personal information inappropriately, contact us immediately with the relevant URL or account details.

10. International Processing

Snap Finder and its providers may process information in the United States or other countries where they operate. Privacy protections may differ from those in your location. Where required, we will use lawful safeguards for cross-border processing.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as the service, providers, or legal requirements change. The date above identifies the current version. Material changes will be reflected on this page before or when they take effect.
